Candice has been a Washington State Certified STARS Trainer since 2012, with Toolbox for Teaching, providing teacher and parent workshops and consultation. She taught teacher preparation and psychology courses at North Seattle Community College, where she had studied under Tom Drummond for her AAS degree, and later benefitted from his mentorship as a college instructor. Candice has over 15 years of experience working with children from birth through grade five: in a center as a lead teacher (two year olds) and as an all-ages float, and as a home childcare provider.

Tammy is a certified STARS trainer and is currently a teacher preparation educator at Western Washington University's Bellingham and North Seattle campuses. She is an experienced elementary classroom educator. At the University of Washington, she served as a Community Liaison to early childcare providers who were beginning their participation in the Early Achievers program and taught Masters in Teaching courses.
